Delivery and Orders
What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday inclusive. Our products are sent from our warehouses in France, and the usual delivery time is 3 to 5 days. We are fully committed to ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
How to use a coupon code ?
Our promotional codes can be used from the payment page after adding one or more product(s) to your basket. You will be able to enter the code at the top right of the payment page after entering your delivery address.
How to track my order ?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link allowing you to follow the progress of your order. If the link does not generate any information, we invite you to wait a few days, as the distributor's site may require some time before updating. If you have any doubts or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service by email.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are 8.60 euros (corresponding to the standard delivery rate in France).
My order is incomplete.
Please don't worry if your order contains multiple items and you have not received them all at once. The missing item(s) may be in transit to your address. Our products can be shipped from different warehouses to ensure efficient delivery. If you have any doubts or questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service. We will be happy to assist you.
Cancellations and Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact our support team by email as soon as possible. Rapid cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet been prepared. Otherwise, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the package. To do this, please contact our customer service to obtain a return slip to print. We will be happy to assist you in this procedure.
Can I modify my order?
Please note that any order modification can only be made if preparation has not yet started. We therefore invite you to contact our support service by email as soon as possible to notify us of your modification request. We will do our best to respond to your request as quickly as possible.
How to return an item ?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the package. To do this, please contact our customer service by email or using our dedicated contact form. We would like to point out that in the event of a manufacturing defect in a product, it is imperative to inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond this deadline, the order will be considered compliant. For further details, please refer to our refund policy .
How to be eligible for the money back guarantee?
We grant all our customers a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of their order in order to cancel it. To proceed with the cancellation, please ensure that the items to be returned are new, unused, with their original labels and in impeccable condition, accompanied by their original packaging in perfect condition.

We exclusively accept credit and debit card payments. Our payment system is managed by Stripe, a secure payment service provider.
